Nollywood actor Harry B Anyanwu narrowly escapes death on Friday December 11, 2015 while he was coming from a movie set in Enugu state.

The actor had alighted from his car to jubilate with some devious young men who mounted a road block to act as if they were celebrating the actor just to accomplish their evil mission without knowing their intention.

Harry B got closer to the young men, jubilated with them and gave them some money before he decided to go back into his car only for him to be attacked by the young men who dragged him back, inflicted injuries on him as they attempted to chop off his right leg with an axe.

He shared a picture of the outcome of the incidence by thanking God for his life and explained the reason for his sudden absence to his fans, “To my noble fans, this is the reason for my sudden absence. I was brutally attacked last week Friday (December 11, 2015) by some unscrupulous young man right here in Enugu (my own 24). To God be the glory I was lucky to survive the heinous onslaught, because they chapped my right leg with an axe.

The actor is currently at an orthopedic hospital in Enugu receiving treatment and undergoing series of surgeries.
