Popular gospel Reggae singer, Buchi Atuonwu better known as Buchi, recently lost his mother, Mrs Alice Okechinyere Atuonwu.

According to the singer while expressing his sadness, his mother was pleased to go after living a fulfilled life.

Mrs. Atuonwu was also active in the activities of the Methodist and her Oboro community, rising to various leadership positions of these bodies.

In his farewell message to his mother, Buchi wrote, “My mother has gone. She was quite pleased to go. When you catch a glimpse of heaven, Earth becomes unbearable. Farewell, Mma.”
