I’m Equal to the Task Being a State Ambassador…Iyanya Boasts
Singer, Iyanya, will always continue to smile before going to bed at night after he was picked among the crowd to become an ambassador of his state earlier in the week and was given a brand new car as he will also be earning salary as a government official.
Not seeing the task ahead of him as challenging, the singing has pointed that he has been very busy recording and doing other things so accepting the role will in no way affect his musical career.
“There will be no case of distraction because the job is going to be about what I am used to doing. I have been an ambassador to different companies and now that I am representing a state government, much won't change. Already this year, I have had at least two hit songs despite my very tight schedule and I know I won't relent. I will surely make my fans happy this festive season,” he told Punch.
He noted that though the job will be very tasking but with the people he will have to work with, he believes everything will go smoothly. “I am equal to the task. I will have people to work with and being a hard worker I know I would be able to make the best of the situation.”
