Few weeks ago, it was comedian Lepacious Bose, who made the observation known about the way the youths of today are being carried away by the technology has evolved that they no longer read or know things about their culture and country at large.

Recently, Nollywood actress, Queen Nwokoye, has also pointed out the same challenges which she feels more needs to be done by identifying what could possibly be the cause of these challenges.

According to her, in the early days, some parents were not educated but they were able to force their kids to study but today things have changed.

She questioned why most parents are now educated but their kids are not reading the way they the parents were forced to study.

“Old parents were illiterates yet they made their children read. Now we have educated parents and lesser kids are reading. Why? Where did we miss it?” she questioned.
