Former beauty queen and wife of Nigerian billionaire Sunny Aku, Dabota Lawson, says she cannot thank God enough for His mercies in her life.

The popular socialite, while sharing her testimony, said "throughout last week, God gave me unexpected breakthroughs and open doors I didn't even know I needed to walk through.

Speaking further, the charming lady said, "I even didn't pray for something that I've wanted for 3 years now."

She also said, “It's not that I couldn't go out and get it but it always just felt impossible at the back of my mind for some strange reason.

"I had created excuses upon excuses and fear too had play a huge role in my not pushing for it. But God, hmm, this God gave it to me today. Praise the Lord. I'm not perfect but God loves me enough to give me my heart desire even when I've given up on myself.”
