Passenger Slumps On Air Peace Flight 4P7140

A passenger on Wednesday collapsed on Board on an Air Peace flight 4P7140 to Abuja from Lagos.

Passengers and officials at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, (NAIA) Abuja who confirmed the incident said the passenger collapse after successfully landing of the aircraft at the NAIA.

It was reliably gathered that the collapsed passenger was immediately revived with oxygen after which the port health official arrived at about 30 minutes past.

“The crew was able to get oxygen to revive the passenger and he was a bit stable before he was transferred to the Port Health officials of FAAN, who delayed for about 30 minutes; but the good news is that the man is okay,” Air Peace flight official who pleaded not to be named said.

Deputy General Manager, Public Affairs, FAAN Abuja, Mrs. Henriatta Yakubu, disclosed that the passenger was just being discharged from the airport's clinic.

According to her, the passenger who was taken to the FAAN clinic by the Port Health officials in an ambulance according to doctor's report “is okay and has been discharged.”
