Choc City Manager, Samuel Lolo Survives Auto Crash
Last week was a good one for the family of Chocolate City, a top music label in Nigeria, as it got new executives. MI Abaga and Ice Prince were announced Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the music outfit fondly called Choc City.
But days later, a tragedy would have befallen the label if not for God, who averted such from happening.
An artiste manager with Choc City, Samuel Lolo, and a friend of his were involved in a road mishap on the Eko Bridge in Lagos on Friday, July 3, 2015.
It was learnt that the vehicle they were driving bumped into a pothole on their way from an event, but the steel guard on the side of the bridge was their saving grace.

“I thank God for how composed James was to handle the car because it could have been much worse. I am still in shock from it all but I thank God I am here to tell the story,” Samuel said.
