Sultry Nollywood star, Dakore Akande, was at the primary school she attended in her childhood days. The school was and is still one of the best schools in Lagos.

Dakore, as many not know, went to the prestigious Corona School in Gbagada, Lagos about 30 years ago.

The actress reconnected with her then music teacher, Mr Annan, during her recent visit to her Alma Mata and shared a photograph she took with the man.

Dakore praised the role of teachers in a child's life, while also hailing the decision of her parents to take her to one of the best schools in the land.

“Teachers are important. This is a picture of one influential man, my music teacher at Corona School Gbagada, Mr Annan.

“I recently visited after almost 30 years and I felt like a little girl again, he's still teaching the next generation. I am grateful for his encouragement and support, Corona schools, thanks Mum and dad,” the actress said.
