Nigerian singer, DJ Zeez, now known as Zeez, has called on parents to learn how to create time for their wards rather than buying them gifts.

The singer stated that parents have been kept away from their children because of their jobs, adding that they have now failed in their duties of putting their wards through the values of life.

He stressed that no matter the amount of material things bought for the children can replace being with them.

In his words, “Instead of buying your children all the things you never had, you should teach them all the things you were never taught. Material wears out but knowledge stays. Your children need your presence more than your presents.”
