Yemi Alade Fires Back At Fan Who Accused Her Of Bleaching

Nowadays it has become almost abnormal for female celebrities to have dark skins.

Lots of them well known to have dark skins have gradually metamorphosed to lighter or toned skins. While some are proud of their whitish transformation, others are always ready to clinch their fists for a fight when they accused on bleaching. The likes of Yemi Alade.

Yesterday, May 18, someone posted a side by side pictures of the Jonny crooner, Yemi Alade on Twitter and the difference in her skin tone was very obvious.

One of pictures was taken some years back when she was still on her grind and the other one was taken recently.

The Twitter user wrote, “When You Switch From Blackberry To iPhone” then the post sparked up debate on social media. Lots of Yemi's fans condemned her for joining the bleaching celebrities bandwagon.

Anyways the singer who has just been nominated for a BET Award, caught wind of the tweet and took to Instagram to address the obvious skin bleaching accusation. She reposted the picture and wrote,
