Xenophobia: Nigerian Soon To Be Evacuated From South Africa
The killing of Nigerians in South Africa due to the ongoing Xenophobic violence has worsened and called for serious attention.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Aminu Wali while addressing pressmen yesterday, Thursday, April 18, has however revealed that the Nigerian government will evacuate Nigerians who are willing to return if xenophobic attacks in South Africa worsens.

"If it gets worse it is the duty of our country to make sure our people are brought back enophobic violenceand we are taking that duty serious. We are not prepared to allow any of our nationals to be subjected to such inhuman treatment. We are monitoring the situation and will now take action according to the situation that develops,”
Wali further urged Nigerians to close businesses until the situation is calmed.
