One talk that has failed to die down is the absence of D'Banj at the birthday bash put together for the daughter of his younger brother, Kayswitch, who is also signed on to his DB Records.

What grapevines are saying is that the brothers may not be in good terms with each other at the moment, but what could have been the problem, if truly any, is what we are yet to unravel.

Another thing that surprised some people was that few family members of the child's parents were at the party, which was held over the weekend, but D'Banj was not.

On Sunday, D'Banj performed before President Goodluck Jonathan in Lagos with Oritsefemi. Jonathan was in Lagos to have a session with entertainers in the country.

Meanwhile, we learnt from D'Banj's camp that he was not present at the party because he was out of the country.

On March 14, 2014, Kayswitch welcomed his daughter, christened Kalyani, from his Liberian girlfriend, Meenakshi Monica Subramani.
