Valentine's Day may have come and gone, but for those who celebrated the day, the memory will linger on for a long time.

The day is set aside specially to celebrate love, but some critics have faulted the way the day has been bastardised by some people, who celebrate the day wrongly.

But for veteran Yoruba actor, Adewale Elesho, Valentine's Day should be marked responsibly.

He said rather than spend his time unnecessarily, he used the day to spend an ample time with his wife and children, who the actor described as the most important people in his life.

Elesho noted that for a man to win a woman's heart, he should be able to get his wife a nice gift that will excite her.

The comic actor further disclosed that a man can win his wife's heart by increasing the feeding allowance at home. He said Valentine's Day is worth celebrating.

Elesho said he celebrated the day in clubs when he was younger.
