Some days ago, it was widely reported that the barely five years old marriage of Nollywood actress Uche Elendu and her fan-turned-husband, Igweanyiba had hit the rock.

However, full details of what led to the alleged crack in the marriage were not given apart from that the union allegedly packed up due to 'infidelity issues',

The marriage has already produced a child.

Rumourmongers claimed that Uche relocated to Lagos recently because of her troubled marriage. She was said to have got herself an apartment in Lekki to stay alone.

But reacting to the issue, Uche stressed that her marriage is still intact.

"God forbid! They have come again. Nothing has happened to my marriage and nothing will happen to it in Jesus name. I am still with my husband and my marriage is intact,” she said.

Explaining why she relocated to Lagos, Uche said it was primarily because of her career.
“I had to relocate because this is the hub of entertainment. I was supposed to have relocated last year but somehow, it didn't work out till now. We have a house in Owerri and any time we go to shoot over there, I stay in my house,” she said.

The mother of one also confirmed that her husband relocated with her, “Of course", he did, she added.
