It is no more news that popular yoruba actor Saidi Balogun and his erstwhile wife, Fathia Balogun, have been living separately for more than four years since their marriage crashed.

While the union, which produced kids lasted, the duo featured prominently in the same movies and never hid their love for each other. Even while on set, neither of them showed any sign of getting tired of each other.

Few years after their infamous break-up, Saidi, was rumoured to have remarried to a Lagos-based woman, while Fathia on the other hand concentrated on her career; not much has been heard about her marital life. Though, the two ex-lovers have moved on with their lives, one thing that has continued to bind them together is their date of birth. Saidi and Fathia may have been separated, but they still share the same birthdays.

Saidi and Fathia turned a year older on Thursday and they were said to have both marked the day with their friends and family at separate locations. While Saidi confirmed to E to have started the day with special prayers and ended it with reaching out to the needy, Fathia's mobile could not be reached as of the time of writing this report. E also gathered that duo exchanged happy birthday wishes through text messages.
