The flaunting of cash on social media platforms has gradually become a fad among many Nigerian artistes. They use every given opportunity to oppress their fans with what they have acquired through fame.

It is very common to show off things like money, watches, cars, house, etc as if they are kids.

A member of Davido's HKN Gang, King Spesh, shared a picture of himself on Instagram carrying a bundle of cash, which he captioned 'baddah lego.'.

However, he incurred the wrath of his fans, who descended heavily on him. They questioned why he would display money on the internet, which he doesn't give out.

One of them threatened to unfollow him if he tries it again. “See, if u post any picture showing off money again. I'll unfollow u. U dey show us money and u no dey give out.”

Another fan asked, “Bros, u wan go load ATM?”

“Absolutely no sense in this, why trying to oppress your followers? Someone should grow biko,” one of the fans wrote.
