A certain man in Ogun State, Olubusayo Sunday, committed suicide recently after he allegedly beheaded his wife, Oyewole and their three-year-old daughter, Esther.

After he has completed the evil mission, Olubusayo, stabbed himself, set himself ablaze and was about jumping inside a well before he was held by his neighbours. He later died in the hospital of fatal injuries he sustained from stabbing and setting himself on fire. The corpses of the deceased have been deposited at the General Hospital, Ifo for autopsy.

According to Ogun State Police Command spokesperson, Mr Olumuyiwa Adejobi, what caused the actions of the 46-year-old farmer could not be revealed by the neighbours and close family members of the deceased family.

However, Olumuyiwa Adejobi said that Olubusayo told the police that he committed the inhuman crime because there was a quarrel between him and his wife.

The State Commissioner of police, Mr. Ikemefuna Okoye, has ordered investigation into the tragic incident.
