For those who have been following the campaign train of President Goodluck Jonathan, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), they will observe that ace Fuji musician, Abass Akande Obesere is one of the artistes thrilling the mammoth crowd at the rallies.

Obesere was among the Nigerian singers billed to go with the campaign train at various cities in the country. Fast-rising singer, Oristefemi is also among the artistes with the president's campaign team.

In a recent interview, Obesere shared his excitement for being part of the team.

The singer said he is happy to be chosen to entertain Nigerians rallies of the PDP across the South-West states.

He also denied allegations of defrauding his fans, who had thought he would perform at an event organised last year to celebrate K1 De Ultimate.

Obesere explained that he was in Dublin when the event took place and frowned at the idea of using his photograph and name to promote the event without carrying him along.
