While many will be ending the year 2014 in a smiling mood with family and friends, some families are somewhere mourning over the lose of a loved one and many other challenges.

Despite these various forms of challenges, many are still grateful to God for the opportunity of another new day and gospel singer, Nikki Laoye, is one in a million who feels no matter the issues, she will still remain loyal to her creator.

Nikki revealed that she was recently robbed while performing at the Cool Fm praise Jam which was held recently in Lagos.

"Sadly on Christmas day, I was robbed. My car was broken into and my laptop taken. You can imagine how i still feel - spent the day being a blessing, taking out my special family for our #ChristmasDayOut and had a lovely time, worshipping God at the CoolFm praise Jam while i performed at Eko Hotel with Lara George and Emem. Only to step out and meet this that night.. What a way to end my Christmas day.. I am still praying for that crazy dude to return what belongs to me... In case anyone comes across it, its a Limited edition Dell Inspiron Duo convertible laptop (grey black in color) in a pink laptop bag. Hmmm. God is in control.
