Ace Nollywood producer and scriptwriter, Emem Isong directorial debut, 'Champagne' is set to hit the cinemas today Dec.19, 2014, and the producer is hoping the movie racks in about N200m for her.
The movie which was shot in South Africa and America features Majid Michel, Alex Ekubo, Mbong Amata, Tana Adelana, Padita Agu, Susan Peters, Anita Chris amongst others.

Emem who has had over 25years experience in the movie industry with no tutorial of movie directing, says as a good director, it is important that one helps to create an environment to enable other actors succeed.

According to her, “A good director creates an environment, which gives the actor the encouragement to FLY. I've got my heart in my mouth. Why? Cos it's my first directing attempt... But I love this film and I'm sure you may just like it. Catch it at a Cinema near you from today.”

She also explained that it wasn't easy for her doing such a movie noting that it was very challenging. “I don't even know why I embarked on this, it was experimental for me. I almost broke my back.”© 2014Nollywoodgists.com
