2011 winner of Big Brother Africa's Amplified Edition, Karen Igho, is one of Nigeria's controversial, but lovable celebs. Since she burst into the scene in 2011, she has ensured the media write one thing or the other about her. A 2011 edition of Complete Fashion magazine described Karen as 'crazy, loud and loveable.'

Karen has tried her luck with acting business, broadcasting and modeling.

On December 13, 2014, Karen got married to her heartthrob, Yaroslav Rakos, who came with his mother to Nigeria, to perform the traditional marriage rites for his sweetheart.

Rumour has it that the new husband and wife are expecting their first baby, which tale-bearers claimed may have been the reason the lovers performed the traditional marriage rites on time before Karen's stomach start to show evidence of pregnancy.

It was learnt that Karen's colleagues in showbiz were not at the event. Reports said only family members and few friends from neighboring villages were present at the ceremony to rejoice with Karen.
