Reports reaching us indicate that one of the prominent faces in the Hausa movie industry fondly called Kannywood, Rabilu Musa, better known as Dan Ibro, is dead.

Dan Ibro is also a popular comedian in northern Nigeria. At the moment, the real cause of the actor's death is not yet known.

The deceased suffered in the hands of Kano State Government under the regime of Ibrahim Shekarau, who is presently the Minister of Education. He was troubled by Shekarau for acting in movies believed to be violating the censorship laws of Kano State.© 2014Nollywoodgists.com
