After several months of proceedings, a Federal High court sitting in Abuja finally freed Aminu Oguche, the suspected mastermind of the Nyanya bomb blast which killed about 70 people in April 2014.

The court, in its ruling, dismissed the two counts terrorism charges brought against the suspect and freed him based on lack of diligent prosecution by the state.

It could be recalled that shortly after he allegedly coordinated the callous crime, Aminu escaped to Sudan to avoid prosecution. However, luck ran out on him as he was later apprehended and repatriated to Nigeria in July to dance to the tune of his alleged crimes.© 2014Nollywoodgists.com
