Former Kennis music artiste, Minjin, who is known for his Soukous, makossa, style of songs, has debunked earlier rumours that he was in hot romance with Nollywood actress, Doris Simeon.

The singer whose contract recently ended with the label, revealed that the actress is just his friend and nothing more but was surprised when pictures were flying around that they were dating.

Minjin who dabbles as an actor, explained that though his foray into acting dates back when he won the High School Musical competition in 2010, but decided to pay more attention to music than acting because it pays more of his bills faster than acting.

He stated that in music, within 10 minutes, he makes a lot of money but in acting, he has to spend lots of days in location just to earn such amount adding that he recently returned back to acting and has found it rewarding.© 2014Nollywoodgists.com
