Why is the Social Media Silent?.......Special Assistant on New Media, Reno Omokri Mocks

Special Assistant to the Nigerian President on New Media, Reno Omokri, has mocked social media commentators for their silence over the new report that Mubi town that has been taken over by insurgents, has been recaptured by the Nigerian soldiers.

Reno took to his social media page to question the sudden silence from commentators who have not said anything yet about the success achieved.

According to him, “Upon recapturing Mubi, Social Media again experienced a DEAFENING silence from those who were VERY loud when Boko Haram overran Mubi. Why?”

The social media mogul did not stop at that, he also wrote that looking at the Nigerian Defense Academy, he is proud of the President as he has opened the academy for young intending female soldiers.

In his words, “These pics make me proud knowing that I work for the man that opened up NDA to women for the 1st time. Thank you GEJ!”

He is noted for using social media to conduct surveys and project the developments undertaken by the Nigerian Government. He is the founder of a multi-media project, Build Up Nigeria, and has produced a series of short films in the U.S.

Reno is the pastor of the Mind of Christ Christian Center in California and Abuja, where he teaches the word of God on a regular basis.
