But Soundcity VJ, Moet Abebe, recently chose to call her friend 'a Hoe'. This has raised questions among some of her fans, who have wondered if she knew the meaning of the word before using it or may be she was just looking for cheap publicity.

The VJ posted a photo with her fellow VJ, Pearl Cardy on Instagram captioned it with "I love this hoe".

Those who have reacted to the post have asked her rationale behind it, especially when it involves her supposed friend.

"But come on, a hoe for a friend????" one of her followers asked.
