One of Nigeria's finest showbiz gurus and celebrated radio/television presenter, Otunba Dayo Adeneye fondly called D1 is currently having the best of times in his career as he is presently basking in the euphoria of his recent landmark achievement.

The principal partner of top record label, Kennis Music, who over the years built a showbiz empire with his friend, Kenny Ogungbe has just completed his eye catching hotel in Owode-Ajegunle, Lagos.

The new multi-million naira architectural masterpiece is specifically located on 19-23 Oke-Owo street, Irawo, off Ikorodu road, Lagos.

The business identity of the place is revealed as DC Bar & Suites with the DC acronym for Dayo and Caroline Adeneye, as we learnt.

The hotel is said to be made off of over 25 rooms and the building, we learnt, gulped about N35 million.

Findings by us revealed that the hotel was officially opened last month and below are exclusive pictures of the magnificent hotel.
