TROUBLE LOOMS FOR HONORABLE DINO MELAYE AS HIS SECOND MARRIAGE CRASHES

DINO MELAYE AND HIS NEW WIFE WHEN THE GOING WAS GOOD

Honorable Dino Melaye needs little introduction to anyone who has kept tabs with happenings on the floor of the Federal House of Representatives between year 2007 and 2011. Hon. Dino Melaye represented Ijumu/ Kabba Bunu Federal Constituency.

While he was a member of the House of Representatives, he served in various committees including Information/ National Orientation where he was chairman Media/ Public Affairs, Communications and Industries.

During the 4years he was in the lower chamber, Hon. Melaye was very outspoken and a controversial member of the house. He spoke against the leadership of the House and this obviously cost him an indefinite suspension alongside a few other lawmakers during Dimeji Bankole's time as speaker. Even after his bid to be re-elected failed, Hon. Melaye has continued to raise his voice against injustice and corruption in Nigeria.

However, the last may not have been heard of the Ex- Kogi Federal Lawmaker, as we learnt that he may not be having it smooth with his love-life at the moment.

His new wife, Alero Falope whom we learnt is 5months pregnant reportedly abandoned their matrimonial home after suffering severe beating from the controversial lawmaker.

Though the immediate cause of the acrimony that resulted in the ' Unmanly act' is yet to be established, the marriage of less than a year, we learnt is threatened and Hon. Melaye's profile as a reputable individual is fast going with the wind with public disclosure of the happenstance.

It would be recalled that Tokunbo Fabiyi, the first wife of Hon. Melaye also dumped him last year over issue of battering. The union produced three kids.
