Yesterday marks it 12 years since Yoruba actress, Mide Martins lost her mother, Funmi Martins who was also an actress. The beautiful actress posted a warm message to mark her remembrance of her mother. Their is no doubt that she is still grieved.

Here is what she wrote;

“12yrs gone!!!……With a heavy heart and a profound gratitude to God for a memorable life. It is exactly 12yrs today you left us and it seems like yesterday. I remember you today my sweet and loving mother. May your precious and gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace (Amen). I love you but God loves you more. You were indeed a jewel of inestimable value, you left your footprints in indelible sands of time. You will forever be remembered in my heart. Rest on mama. Miss you a great deal…….mide Funmi-Martins”.
