The Nigerian Student Fashion and Design Week (NSFDW) plans to host over 48 aspiring designers and students from across Nigeria who will be showcasing their creations at the second season of the fashion show billed to take place in Lagos State.

The event, which will hold on the 5th and 6th June 2014, will also have over 30 exhibitors who will also showcase their creativity and expect over 10, 000 people to watch the shows and visit the exhibition at the University of Lagos.

The fashion show allows the general public to get an early glimpse of the fashion names of the future, and also committed to providing a platform for up and coming designers to exhibit their brands and designs in Nigeria.

After a successful sold out season one, NSFDW, an event to watch out for in the Nigerian fashion industry, has its organizers promising a bigger and better second season, which "aims to discover new talents and gives opportunities to those that would not normally be able to afford to participate at the major Nigerian Fashion Weeks. It is aimed at brand new or emerging designers that want to use these shows as a platform to either launch themselves or a brand new collection that they have”.

The shows will attract lots of people from around Nigeria who want to see the new trends that are being developed by the designers that Nigerian Student Fashion & Design Week will feature.

NSFDW is produced by BlackNBold Fashion House, Africa Fashion Week London and Mahogany Productions & Events and will attract buyers and fashionistas from around Nigeria.
