All efforts to curb this practice by security management and even 'jungle justice' have yielded no result as they tend to use varieties of clever antics.

Most times, they use charms to steal from their victims and sometimes, they don't employ any special technique; they just seek victims who have left themselves vulnerable, either by carelessly leaving their bags open or carried away with the event.
