Why Yaw Ridiculed The Government in his Stage Play with Julius Agwu

Comedy sitcom actor and wazobia fm presenter Yaw, held his annual comedy show at the expo hall at the Eko hotel and Suites last weekend. Many celebrities were in attendance and many musical artiste were present to perform on the show. Also in attendance was the wife of the Governor of Lagos state, Dame Abimbola Fashola and some of her aides.

According to him, this year's Show was better than the previous ones he had always organised and he thanked God for the success of this year's show, he admitted that the only lapses he had was with the stage setting and organisation because he had wanted it better than it was. He said every year he sees mistakes and tries to improve them, so he sees every challenge faced as an opportunity to improve.

On the stage Yaw and Comedian Julius Agwu did a stage play together where they both talked about issues affecting the country and they were mostly talking on politics, according to Yaw, he did that because he wanted to pass a message to the leaders and politicians, and that is why he made use of satire to pass his message. He also disclosed that he is working on five projects before the year runs out.
