Latest news Nollywoodgists.com gathered recently said four Nigerian men have received 20 lashes of Cain each after an Islamic court in the northern city of Bauchi convicted them of gay sex .

Report has it that confessions was forced from the Muslim men after they were beaten up in custody as we learnt that they were among a group of people arrested late last year for the same offense.

According to research, homosexual acts are illegal in the West African state under both Islamic and secular law, as the latter was tightened earlier this year when Mr. President passed a bill on anti gay law in Nigeria.

As same-sex marriages, gay groups and shows of same-sex public affection are now banned throughout Nigeria.
But the question is should offenders be given lashes of Cain as punishment ?
