Recently, Fuji maestro, Wasiu Ayinde Omogbolahan Anifowose, popularly known as K1 the Ultimate, turned 57, and as usual, it was a big celebration at his home in Ijebu Ode, Ogun state.

The Fuji artiste while recounting some of his ordeals in life, debunked insinuations that his 2009 lung's surgery was as a result of smoking habit. Rather, it was a corrective surgery on what was not noted at birth.

'I am not hypertensive or diabetic. I don't smoke either behind close door or open. I don't cook pot or do anything related to it. I was able to believe Dr. Fletcher Toleto, who did the operation that it was a corrective surgery on what was not noted at birth'.

'I asked the doctor what could have caused it and I was told it might be due to (environmental) pollution', he added.
He stated that for him to be at his best before performing, he gives himself enough rest and thanked God for always seeing him through.
