The Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Gov. Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) recently showered encomium on the Pharmacist-turned–Preacher, Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe, the presiding Bishop of MANNA PRAYER MOUNTAIN and Publisher/Author of the life-changing international devotional booklet, OUR DAILY MANNA (ODM) WORLDWIDE for his impact in nation building through this booklet (ODM).

Mr. Fashola made this commendation through his Special Adviser, inter-religious matters at the just concluded Annual YEAR-STARTER/Interdenominational WORLD ANOINTING NIGHT Service held at the expansive Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos last weekend.

According to the Governor, “OUR DAILY MANNA has actually touched millions of lives and its contribution to the nation is unquantifiable.

The World Anointing Service 2014 which had its theme “THE TURNING POINT” was transformed into a miracle centre as the spirit of cancer, barrenness, and all sorts of sicknesses were dealt with and casted out at the programme, with lots of instant healing testimonies!

Some of the most outstanding healings are: A woman who has been on a wheel chair for over 5 years and a lady who has been deaf for years who received her healing and heard instantly.

Also, at the event, Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe released over 5000 mantles to an unprecedented crowd of over 300,000 persons who partook.

Main features of that night were: preaching of the Word from various Ministers of the Gospel from across the globe, Salvation, Life-Re-Dedications, Soul-Thrilling Praise and Worship Songs by Evangelist Ebenezer Obey and other top Gospel artistes and THE ANOINTING SERVICE PROPER TO BEGIN 2014.

God's power was also seen manifested when his lovely wife, the Assistant General Overseer of MANNA PRAYER MOUNTAIN, REV. Dr. (MRS) EJIRO Kwakpovwe mounted the podium to minister.
