Death Plague Hits Nollywood Again

Two Nollywood actors Charles Warren and Hausa Kannywood actor cum comedian Shehu Jubril were caught down by death this New Year, last year a lot of celebrities died and some quarters claimed that Angel of Death' have arrived from hell to Nigerian Nollywood but Benita Nzeribe didn't agree with those pessimistic people who made the utterance over the prophesy of doom about more deaths that would hit Nollywood. It seems to be happening again, the two actors, Charles and Shehu died in same day, January 30th and Jubril has already being buried according to the Muslim rites.

Shehu died in Talatan Mafara, Zamfara State, while Charles Warren who had complained of chest pains was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead on arrival by doctors. Shehu who was referred to as Golobo was a veteran actor in the Nigeria Television Authority(NTA)'s weekly TV series in the 80's

Murtala Balala, a Kannywood actor/producer, who attended the burial said 'Golobo is going to be missed in the Kannywood comedy movies'
Warren had starred in movies like Law 58, State of Emegency while his first major break in 'Mark of D Beast', which featured reggae artiste Majek Fashek in 2001.
