Tony Umole, a renowned actor, who was said to have been indisposed for sometime now, is dead. The news of his demise was made available to us yesterday night. His friends in the industry confirmed his death. A source also confirmed from a TV owner in Lagos, who is doing well with his sound in the city, and he was said to have confirmed the death of the actor.

Tony is popular for his role as "Daddy" in the popular weekly TV programme "One Love", he also featured in 2003 movie "Abuja Connection" alongside Eucharia Anumobi and late Enebeli Elebuwa. May his soul rest in peace.
