Information reaching The Tides Entertainment desk has it that the much talked about proposed marriage between star actress Dakore Egbuson and her hubby Olumide Akande, son of popular billionaires, Harry Akande, might no longer hold.
It was gathered that after helping Dakore secure an endorsement deal with Amstel Malta, the parents of Olumide were said to have kicked against their union. A source in the know also revealed that Olumide's parents kicked against the union because of the alleged promiscuous nature of most movie personalities.

Another source has it that the parents of Olumide see the star actress as a gold digger rather than a wife to be. However, Olumide has described the rumour as unfounded and false, adding that his parents love the screen goddess, while Dakore in a recent interview said “no marriage plans for us now”.
It would be recalled that from 'Emotional Crack', to 'Dangerous Sisters' where she starred alongside Genevieve Nnaji, pretty Dakore has risen to the top of her career with ease.
The Bayelsa State born pretty actress, singer and TV presenter stumbled into acting in 2000 with the movie 'She Devil', closely followed by 'Emotional Crack' which earned her three awards at the Real awards.
The endorsement contract for Amstel Malta which she landed and which is currently running on TV stations across the country has won the hearts of many of her fans and also earned her millions of naira.
