Many Nigerian music lovers will not forget in a hurry Styl Plus' hit single 'Olufunmi'. Close to the mid-2000, any club, party, radio and TV station that doesn't play 'Olufunmi' was regarded as living in the stone age and was not at par with the happenings then.

The man behind that hit song, Sunky', has since then remained uncelebrated. He even went further to produce another hit song for the 3-man group conprising Shiffi, Tunde and Zeal entitled 'Imagine That'.

Now ready to explode the music scene with better hit singles, Sunky has directed his attention to a young and vibrant Nigeria-born artiste named 'Morientez'.

Morientez started his musical journey by singing in a church choir at age seven. A graduate of chemistry from the University of Benin, Morientez has performed in churches, clubs, competitions and several events.

His experience as talent shows winner might have attracted Sunky to him. He participated in MTN/Soundcity Campus blast 2007, he was a runner-up at the Star Quest music talent hunt 2008, a semi-finalist at the Naija sings 2010 competition, and winner Mr Glo Rock and Rule 2011 (South South region).

Now, iconic music producer Sunky of Sunkytones is expected to do wonders in his music career. Already, he has dragged Nigeria's top-notch rapper, MI in one of his songs. His debut single, 'Cinderella' is a sound that is expected to keep you wanting for more from this talented artiste.
