Top Nigerian gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele has added another multi-million naira investment to his already owned investments in real estates. The singer's 200million naira worth music studio in Ibadan was reportedly put up for demolition some days ago by the Oyo State government.

Close associates of the 'tungba' singer thronged the opening of his newest investment in properties 'a hotel' which is named Down Town Hotel. Yinka established his new hotel in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.

Yinka is a National Honours older. He is one of the top gospel artistes in Nigeria. He has performed at many high profile events.
