Top Nollywood actors like Omotola Ekeinde Jalade, Genevieve Nnaji, Rita Dominic, Jim Iyke, Emeka Ike and others have shunned the on-going election into elective offices of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).

The election, as Nollywoodgists.com gathered, is going on simultaneously in all the state chapters across the federation. A source squealed to Nollywoodgists.com that at the Lagos venue of the election, top Nollywood stars are missing.

Emeka Rollas, Steve Eboh and Febrisima Ibinabo are all contesting for the position of presidency. This is the first election being conducted after the botched election held in Benin City, Edo State earlier in 2012.
