Teachers Plan Mass Strike Next Session

The Nigerian Union of Teachers has threatened not to resume for the new academic session in September if the Federal Government fails to implement the 27.5% Teachers' Peculiar Allowance.

The union disclosed that the Federal Government has failed to fulfill its promise since August 6, 2008 when the matter was resolved.

As it is now, some authorities in the NUT, has sent a signal to the Federal Government to be battle ready for the association's mother of all strikes, www.nollywoodgists.com gathered.
