AYEFELE TAKES THE STAND AT NTA ON OCT 1
Come October 1, the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) premises at Tejuosho Lagos will come alive as it hosts its monthly edition of Bandstand.
Bandstand is a monthly programme introduced by the management of NTA to promote our local music and culture. It is held monthly in all the zonal offices of the Authority.
This month's edition as described by the organisers is special because it commemorates with the fort-seventh independent anniversary of the country.
The event which holds at the expansive premises of the station will feature on the bandstand the most
improved and sought after juju gospel music maestro Yinka Ayefele.
Also expected to showcase their talents are the Black Revrendz of the Ayangba fame. Comedy entertainment will be provided by vastly improved Koffi.
Aside the musical acts lined up for the day, Bandstand will also showcase a fashion parade featuring top
designers to treat the audience to the latest in styles and fashion.
The maiden edition of NTA Lagos BAND STAND took place at Water Parks Ikeja on the 24th of August 2007 and it featured on the stand top flight fuji act Wasiu Alabi Pasuma and Daddy Fresh star artistes.
Princess the female comedienne provided the jokes for the night.
