Some hours ago, Mercy Chinwo was announced winner of the five months long drilling of new music stars into the Nigerian music industry.

At the grand finale held in Lagos, there were memorable moments. Mercy could not hold her joy when she beat rival and competitor, Joe Blue to win the 100,000 US dollars prize money along with an SUV car and a recording contract.

Top artistes like MI, Chuddy K, Whizkid, who did have a good performance, also made the day memorable.
