A new record has been set in movie production in Nigeria by Chinwe Egwuagu with the movie Mr & Mrs.

Barely a week of its release to the cinemas," Mr & Mrs" is presently topping the charts at the cinema in terms of patronage and has been nominated for the AMAA (African Academy Awards), 2012 edition.

The movie centers on the story of Mr & Mrs Abbah (Joseph & Nse), Mrs Abbah is a woman whose primary mandate is to take care of her husband no matter what, she was confined to the kitchen and left without a social life, a role she finds tormenting and frustrating.

Several issues ensued thereafter which led to many scenarios on the home front that placed her at advantageous side. Pendulum swung and the tormentor became the tormented.

The movie according to the producer is a true life story of a friend and is a daily occurrence in many homes today.

The duo of Joseph Benjamin and Nse Ikpe Etim make a very big statement with this movie as they interpret their roles well and draw a lot of emotion to their roles.

The movie starred Joseph Benjamin ,Nse Ikpe Etim,Babara Soky, Thelma Okodua, Paul Apel, Chioma Nwosu, Mpei Mapetla.among others.

The movie was produced by Chinwe Egwuagu and directed by Ikechuwku Onyeka.
