The solemnization of holy matrimony of Chinweuba Kenechukwu Igbokwe(Kaka), the second son of the late Lady of Songs and acclaimed Nigeria patriot, Chief(Mrs) Christy Essien- Igbokwe and his wife, Mary Chioma Ebubedike, held in Arch Bishop Vining Memorial Church Catheral, Ikeja, GRA, Lagos, on Saturday, October 8, 2011.

It was followed with a classy reception which took place at Event Centre, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos. In attendance were prominent Nigerians like Senator Ben Obi, who was the Chairman of the occasion; Prof. Dora Akinyuli(former Director General of NAFDAC) who was the mother of the day; Aremo Olusegun Osoba(former Governor of Ogun State), Dr Austin Izagbo(former commissioner in Anambra State) amongst others.
