Kaffy Dances On With 6months Pregnancy
Despite fears of halting her career for some months, famous dancer-choreographer, who is popularly referred to as Kaffy, will not be deterred from dancing by her pregnancy status.
She recently made the disclosure when she shared some quality time with US star, Brandy last weekend.
The light skinned entertainer, who intends tying the nuptial knot this month said, “I'm still working and right now, I'm working on Project Fame as a choreographer and faculty member so I'm still working. And I said to many people, who wondered why I'm stil working that it is not a disease neither is it cancer, it's pregnancy and to a certain level, it's ok if you are naturally and physically fit before you are pregnant as you have periodic check ups.'
Though she also hinted that she will be releasing a pregnancy DVD for pregnant women to work-out to and also learn a few things about being pregnant as a result of her experience, the eclectic dancer rehearsed and still held her ground with her dancing shoes.
Tagged 'Kaffydance burnout for pregnant women,' the exercise is expected to help pregnant women and nursing mothers alike achieve a great work out plan for their bodies before and after births.
According to the management of Kaffy Dance World, the work out plan would also help ease body aches during pregnancy as well as promoting good night sleep, blood circulation enhancement as well as muscle tune.
Kaffy is currently engaged to Joseph Ameh, a member of the PSquare band and the two have been smitten in love since their paths crossed some years back
