Halima Abubakar has just returned from South Africa after her shopping spree and has concluded plans to shoot two movies at a stretch. The two movies are her first efforts as a producer.

Halima who did not spare any meaningful shopping mall our designers store in the land of Mandela looked to have caught a lot of fun while spending the rand. A close friend of hers who spoke to Nollywoodgists.com revealed this much “I know she just got back from South Africa she took out time to rest, and she did a lot of shopping as well, I think the shopping has a lot to do with the costumes of her two movies. If you follow her on BlackBery you would have seen a post of hers that she picked up a bag and wrote on her wall 'oh my God they know me in this shopping mall'.”

Meanwhile Halima's two movies will see her function as co-producer and co-executive producer with Nollywood producer Stanley Obonine.

The first movie, titled the “mistress” has Ghanaian beau Yvonne Nelson, MercyAigbe, Ruth Kadiri and Halima Abubakar as the major cast members.

Ifeanyi Ogbona is the director of the movies that will be shot on location in FESTAC town Lagos.
