A-list Fuji act, Wasiu Ayinde Anifowoshe, otherwise known as K1 De Ultimate, is in the news again. We can authoritatively tell you for free that the celebrated Fuji crooner has relocated his operational base to his hometown, the ancient city of Ijebu Ode from where he oversees the construction of his multimillion naira country home and attend to visitors.

We gathered that the house project on Liworo Avenue in the GRA area of the town, which actually started few months back, has only scored 60 percent progress.

The roofing was only done two weeks back, while plastering and other finishing touches are yet to be done despite the 24 hour daily work at the site.

It was further gathered that K1, who now lives at Equity Resort Hotel, pending the completion of the project, spends time at the site.
