That actor-cum politician, Chief Rotimi Makinde, a member of House of Representatives representing Ife Federal doled out some items to his constituency and of course ventured into hospitality business is no longer news.

What is the news may not be unconnected with his ability in taking hospitality to the next level in Nigeria.

After opening his Capriconial Hotel at bashiru street, Alagbole, Ogun State some years ago, Hon.Makinde, the Mayegun of Ifewara,we gathered is equally putting finishing touches to his new dream hotel that would serve as its headquarters.

The 52 room hotel will be named El-Capricornial after completion in Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

It will be opened for business in December 2011.
